ABOUT US

A.GÖKHAN ER

I was born in Ankara in 1961 and completed my secondary and high school education in Moda College; I graduated from Faculty of Business Administration, Marmara University in 1983. I’m married and have two daughters.

I continued my professional life, which I started as a sales and accounting personnel in Enka Holding Elmet A.Ş., with regards the position of General Manager for many years in Cankurtaran Holding, where I started as the Financial Affairs Director and work for 20 years continuously. My love for retail started and grew when I started multi-brand sports retailing in Cankurataran Holding, where I took my first step into the sector, and it still continues today.

With my team, we developed Bata shoes retail operation and “Elektrolet” electronic product retailing. Later, I served as senior manager in Colin’s and Loft brands.

I started the consultancy business in 2006 with the Turkey operation of Robert’s Coffee.

The organizations I’m a member of: I’m the 8765 number member of MUSIAD, I carry out the position of Retail Sector Board Chairmanship within MUSIAD and also I’m a member of the Consultancy and Education Sector Board. I have been a congress member of Besiktas. I had been in the United Brands Association Board of Directors between 2008-2011.

KORAY TEKAY

My retailing adventure which I began in my university years had continued in Cankurtaran Holding between 1991-2001. I conducted the position of Stores Coordinatorship for 10 years in the stores of Adidas – Bata – Sporlet - Elektrolet which are affiliated with Cankurtaran Holding.

In 2001, participated in the establishment of the brand FENERIUM which comes out of the project of Fenerbahce Sports Club to open fan stores and performed the whole sales operation and retailing of FENERIUM brand for 7 years.

Between 200-2011, I worked as Retailing Manager in Cilek Mobilya A.S.

I’m glad that I share the experience I gained in retailing under the umbrella of Gokhan Er Consultancy and add values to the retailing operations of our customers.

TUGAY EMRE YUCEDAG

I am a software developer working at the intersection of technology, business processes, and retail operations.

After completing my degree in Mechanical Engineering, I pursued a master’s degree in Computer Engineering, shaping my career around software technologies. Throughout my academic career, I served as a research assistant and teaching assistant while conducting research in the fields of algorithms, software development, and computer systems.

Throughout my professional career, I have specialized in software projects focused on retail and operations management. In particular, I have played an active role in mobile app development, Flutter, Firebase, offline-first architectures, barcode systems, warehouse and store automation, AI integrations, and digital transformation projects. The solutions I have developed are used by numerous companies across various industries to manage their daily operations.

Today, at Gökhan ER Consulting, I contribute to companies’ digital transformation processes, develop technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and work on projects that bridge business needs with technology.

I believe that technology is not merely about developing software; when applied correctly, it is a strategic tool that directly impacts a company’s growth, efficiency, and sustainability. With this perspective in mind, I continue to develop practical, results-driven solutions that focus on the real needs of businesses.

ALI GALIP DEDEOGLU

With over 25 years of experience in the retail sector, Ali Galip Dedeoğlu has led growth, transformation, and operational processes for international brands operating in Turkey, Europe, the Middle East, and the CIS region throughout his career.

Ali Galip Dedeoğlu, who has held senior executive positions at global organizations such as Apple, Groupe SEB, Levi Strauss & Co., Alshaya, and JLL, has achieved significant success in the areas of multi-store operations, shopping center management, customer experience, profitability management, organizational transformation, and team development.

Thanks to the experience he has gained in managing operations spanning hundreds of stores and thousands of employees, he has developed strong expertise in helping companies achieve sustainable growth, increase operational efficiency, and build customer-centric organizations.

Today, as part of Gökhan ER Consulting, he provides consulting services to companies in the retail sector in the areas of organizational development, operational excellence, improving store performance, cost optimization, and growth strategies.

With his field experience, data-driven approach, and management philosophy focused on delivering results, he helps businesses unlock their potential and achieve sustainable success.
